Core Compliance is led by Madelyn Jewell, a legal professional with over 15 years of experience supporting corporations, business owners, law firms, and professional advisors with corporate compliance and corporate record management.
Madelyn holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Romania, where she practiced law for five years prior to immigrating to Canada. After establishing her career in Canada, she obtained a Canadian Paralegal Certificate and continued building extensive experience within the corporate legal sector.
Throughout her career, she has assisted hundreds of corporations with incorporations, annual maintenance, corporate records management, minute book organization, corporate changes, regulatory filings, and ongoing compliance requirements.
Having worked closely with business owners, lawyers, accountants, and other professionals, Madelyn understands the practical challenges businesses face when maintaining accurate and compliant corporate records.
Through Core Compliance, she combines legal knowledge, corporate experience, and a detail-oriented approach to help businesses establish and maintain organized corporate records while navigating routine corporate compliance requirements.
