About Me
I am a Corporate Compliance Consultant with over a decade of experience in law and corporate services, specializing in business entity management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Before moving to Canada, I worked as a lawyer in Romania for five years, focusing on corporate law and business transactions. This international experience, combined with my Legal Assistant Certification and Paralegal Certificate from Vancouver Community College and corporate work experience, allows me to provide in-depth support to businesses navigating corporate compliance requirements in British Columbia, Canada.

• Regular email updates about key deadlines (such as tax filings, annual report filings, etc.)
